VENDOR / RESELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: 01-01-2025 These Terms apply to vendors, resellers, and agencies using Techtoil services. 1. Eligibility Vendors must be legally eligible and at least 18 years old. 2. Services Access to WhatsApp API software, white-label dashboard, and support. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Follow Meta policies, ensure consent-based messaging, avoid misleading promotions. 4. White-Label Rights White-label usage is permitted as per plan; technology ownership remains with Techtoil. 5. Payments All vendor payments are non-refundable. 6. Account Security Vendors are responsible for account and client access security. 7. Termination Techtoil may terminate access for violations or misuse. 8. Governing Law Governed by the laws of India.
